• it's such a stressful thing at first because that's a lot of money to drop but then you get all those items. however what if you end up only liking 2 of them?
  i usually end up regretting it a little because then i consider the pass exclusive and hope they aren't in colors i like first.

Best thing to do is stalk the flash sales of GC. Couple of days ago they had the normal 25% and then a 10% off coupon. Earlier this month with the normal sale and a coupon (it only lasted like 4 hrs) but it all added up to like 50% off.

Are you talking about that sale that went down like $44 USD for 10k gc ??

That's great advice, but I don't use a credit/debit card for this site (don't use paypal, either). I'm stuck with gift cards. While they give me less GC in the end (paygarden fees), I feel it's safer on protecting my identity.

Maybe? LOL I'm not 100% positive. I just remember thinking "damn why couldn't they do that sale after I get paid".

I think that's pretty awesome of you. Most people aren't willing to do that. The other thing I do, is about mid summer, I buy a little GC every month and then don't touch it til November for the Black Friday sales. But it's an easy way to build up GC.

I have to say, I love your avi. It's so simple and casual but I absolutely adore it.

I guess it would depend. Some would consider it worth it, some wouldn't. More towards actually liking the recolors.

Wow a new Collector's Pass already??! I feel like this month flew by! o _ o

I'm a bit indifferent to reference items, so it won't really bother me if the trend stops or dwindles down in the LQI department next month. Though I do like the duel-franchise-referencing thing they did with Disaster Twins (and Crystal Clear, maybe), so I definitely would not mind to see them do something like that again.
given the pattern of that mistletoe item, I'm guessing we'll be seeing a V-day LQI after the 14th and get it recolored a ******** ton in the beginning of March
