Hello! I thought it would be helpful to have a place for people to submit their queries in advance for the next Ask the Staff event. Feel free to post your questions here, questions answered will go in OP of the next event. For those of you who's questions did not get answered, you may post your question here.

Please be sure to follow the Rules and Guidelines posted below. These apply not only to this thread by all Ask the Staff events!

   Please only post your question once. Repeated posting of the same question may result in the additional posts being deleted. This is to help keep the noise in the thread down and allow questions by others to be seen.
   
   
4. Do not post support issues.
   Do not post issues regarding account bans, billing issues, warnings, and other support issues. Instead, please file a ticket about them at our Help Center. Questions about support issues may result in your post getting skipped.
   
   
5. Not all questions will be answered.
   This may occur because at present- they do not have an answer, it was already answered, because it was missed, or because the proper format was not followed in posting the question.

Hi Gaia Staff!! It's me, Hassli! Thank you again for the Purity of Diedrich item.

I would like to ask whom I should get into contact with in order to discuss possibly getting a Kickstarter again for Diedrich's Birthday Bonanza on April Fool's Day. Last year was a huge success. Our kickstarter last year had donations of over 80 trillion gold, and if we repeated it this year, I think we could sink even more gold, and help host an awesome user-run event!

Will it ever be possible to get user made items from long-banned account back into the MP?
For example, AlaaOwns supposedly had multiple copies on his account which has been permabanned. Will these ever get put out into the MP?

Hello , this is not related to the topics but is worried me the amount of mule trollers account on towns , is getting very annoying , several times i had reported this people and nothing happen not even reply from any moderator , and tickets to fill is only about account issues only , there is any other way u can report people ? for trolling harrasment and very sexual explicit behavior? thanks.

Can we get some larger-value mythrill coins added to Barton Boutique? (100b, 250b, 500b, and 1t) As a user who's always questing gold, I'd prefer to keep my gold stored away in item form, but buying, opening, and selling back hundreds/thousands of 1b Mythrill Coin bundles is time consuming. A few other users have agreed with me and also suggested that we get them in 5bil, 10bil, 25bil, 50bil denominations.

Can we work on Towns? Both are laggy as ever and the communities are "vulgar" for lack of a better word. Can we have more staff monitor behavior as well as the errors towns have? If not improve 1 to fix all the issues of the other so we won't experience a "New Coke" effect when it comes to Towns 2 especially.
