I gave up fighting this crap months ago, gesssh what a cluster ********.


I run give aways now to help out our fellow users, there is no way to fight the admins crap, i knew back in 2012 that they were doing this stuff and i caught a few mod mules posting up items on the mp BEFORE the items even hit the Gc shop. And they were posting up the items at high prices! I made mention of it on other forums but no one believed me , now i see this thread and all i can think about is... wow told you guys so.

Sadly i did not have the foresight to screen cap it back then, i didnt think it was that big of a deal just a little unsettling. NOW gesh i wish i had. But they do it even now, if you look up fresh new items, most of the time the last poster has had the item up on the mp LONGER then the item has been in the GC shop. Thats proof enough but the problem is they only do it to certain items.

Just watch the mp, i do like a hawk! I love watching the mp its my sick pleasure XD, i like to buy RIGS and sell the crap cheap on the mp just to see the chaos it causes with the vendors XD XD XD. They hate me.

You could possibly recover those posts. If your username is the same as it was, or you remember your username at the time, you can search google for old posts with relevant keywords. Gaia doesn't show posts past a certain date, but google will sometimes have it.

So now anyone who buys these high-ticket items faces the possibility of being stalked to prove they're not a staff mule. (In before I get s**t I'm just saying that's gonna be the result now).

Actually, I'd like to clarify that it's not difficult to figure out if it's a staff mule..
I also turned down the other two names that were brought to me within seconds.
The reason these transactions are so wildly bad is the fact that for the D-Tail ABP was at 180 Bill. For the Ticket, the owner was receiving offers of about 7-8 Halo worth (~20 Trillion) NOT 133 Trillion.

The dolls? They were going for about 1 BILLION each, but got bought for 25 TRILLION?
Come on, these are not normal transactions. These are wildly fishy.

so staff can generate 133TRILLION while some of us (and most importantly, me) are struggling trying to get only a very, very tiny fraction of that?

has anyone tried pming lanzer? he did mention in his journal entry that he would try to answer all pms sent to him (although the answer is sure to take some time) it's better than the silence we're getting from everyone else. even though he's working from home, he's got to know more than we do and from what i've seen, he's a cool dude.

I did actually PM Lanzer this morning and Sisky.
I don't know if it's against the rules though? I just know that at one point Sisky was really involved with the users and I've seen her come to the rescue many of times when other admins passed final judgments. I PM'ed Lanzer because I know he can be out of the loop and the thought of him storming in to HQ and demanding justice is kinda awesome. He was a really key proponent in staying honest and transparent with the users through difficult times and I admire him for that.

Hopefully one of them answers me back.

Same. I've spent a huge amount of time and money here (I've got a Verge membership to prove it too). Especially now with the way things are, it's so hard to quest for items. No investment is safe, the worth of gold keeps fluctuating, I mean, it's chaos...

Honestly, I love Gaia and I really want to stay, but it's like they want us to leave. Why do they keep doing crap like this? It's such a slap in the face of the community. It breaks my heart.

Well I only just got back on.. I used to be so excited rounding up all my friends' money at school and sending it to gaia so we could all get our monthly donation letter. Now it seems like it's not the excitement of what's in the letter but how much can you get from it. People can't afford to keep feeding the greed of those who run this site. It makes me imagine a bunch of people wearing gold laughing maniacally in a room together.. o_o
