Welcome to Gaia! ::

Gregor looked down at the little bot. "Are you ok now?" he asks, his eyes full of concern. He turned to Aysu, "I'm sorry, it looked like you were in pain."
Aysu waved away Gregor's words, simply releived as she watched Ziggy's eye go to blue again. "Hey...it's alright Zigs." she murmured, tentatively reaching out to pat it's shoulder. "You were just scared..."
Oryll kneeled next to Aysu and looked at Ziggy. He then looked around the room for a writing utensil and a piece of paper. Shrugging he looked back at Ziggy. "Gave us quite a shock there man," he said to the bot.
The bot lazily looked at everyone once again, then to the pen and paper. It reached out for them, and knelt down, trying to write as best it could.
Aysu bit her lower lip as she watched the bot, then sighed and layed her hand on the floor. She closed her eyes, trying to ease the mist that made up the floor; around her hand there was a soft, silver glow. When she was done, she looked back to the bot, waiting for him to finish his message.
"...They came...it was them...somehow they know I'm close...why did I steal from them?...They'll hunt me forever...and now they might hurt you too...they'll come back...I think they'll come back... they'll reprogram me, and I'll forget everything...I'll forget all of you, and I'll forget freedom again...I...I don't want to forget freedom.."
"I don't know about anyone else, but now I'm hungry. What is there to eat in the kitchen," Gregor says to noone in particular. He then starts heading to the kitchen in search of food.
Oryll read the message, then blinked. "Don't worry man," he said with a wofly grin. "They ain't gonna hurt us, and I sure as hell ain't gonna let them take you. You have my word on that." He looked over at Aysu and nodded slightly. "Damn... And just when I was ready to leave... Guess I'll have to stay here for a bit longer..."
Aysu smiled a little at the bot after reading the message, then shook her head. "I won't let them them reprogram ya, Zigs. You're my friend. I don't...I don't want you to forget freedom either." Then she grinned and winked. "As for hurting us, well...I don't think that would work out well. I've seen Oryll and Gregor in action." Then she looked at Oryll, rolling her eyes. "Gee, don't sound so thrilled at the prospect." Then she stood and dusted herself off. "I might start to think you like it here."
As he opens the kitchen door Gregor glances back to read Ziggy's note. "Don't worry, metal one, you can't have freedom without someone getting hurt. If you need help, you know where to find me... sitting in my chair eating and drinking most likely." The last words were slightly obscured by the kitchen door closing as he continued into the kitchen.
The bot looked down, feeling a bit uncomfortable, though touched by their care for the seemingly rusty machine. But there was also a feeling of guilt, as the small bot had hardly told them everything. It'd felt before that it'd never be found in such a remote place...but now.
The bot calmed itself, its eye showing signs of turning green once again.
No....They shouldn't be able to find me...I think I'll be fine...
Oryll grinned slightly. "Maybe I do," he said inaudibly, for himself only. Then, he dusted his pants off and stood up. He sighed and then stretched. "What a freakin' mess man..."
"Oh, it's not that bad of a mess. You're exaggerating, old man." Aysu told him, then smiled at the bot. "But don't you worry, Zigs. The boys have got everything handled."
Gregor pokes his head back through the door from the kitchen, "Anyone else want anything to eat?"
"No thanks Gregor!" Asyu called over her shoulder, going back to her half finished mac and cheese. She sat and, as if nothing had happened, began to eat again.
