Seph looked to the body after Tristan had left and ran his fingers through his hair. He wasn't about to the let the body rot in this place. No this forest was becoming something dear to Seph and he was not about to let it have that kind of action taking place. He grabbed the body of the giant man and dragged him out of the forest. Now was not the time to be worried over something like a burial, hell he didn't even know what rites to give in this world when it came down it.

He dragged the body out of the forest and even a little further before just dropping it and leaving. He could always come back later to bury it or whatever happened to the dead on this world later on. He walked back to the wendigo and walked to his room, stripping down and taking a hot shower before finally falling asleep.
Jade and Soluna woke up after a long needed rest. Last night was absolutely rediculous. Things got a little out of hand. She got up out of bed and went to the bathroom and took a hot shower. She didn't really need to, but after last night she thought it would relax her. After Jade got out of the shower she pulled out the hair brush and brushed her incredibly long layered hair. She ran her fingers through the top of it by her forehead and through to the bottom. She didn't bother changing into something elaborate. She just put her tank top on the only went down to her navel and a pair of yoga pants. She slipped into her slippers and picked up Soluna. "Your turn little missy." Jade said with a smile.

Soluna's mom ran a brush through her hair and took some of it in the front and pinned it back right above her ear with a little pink fuzzy clip. Soluna didn't want to stay in her pajamas and she dicided to dress herself. She out on a pair of little jeans and a pink t-shirt that had little fake beads on it. Soluna then slipped on her little pink fuzzy boots and grabbed her moms hand and they walked out into the bar area. Soluna noticed that her mothers hair was still wet and figured that it would be at least damp for a while.

Seph awoke lazily from a dreamless sleep. His eyes gazed around the area for a short time before closing once more and then opening again. He wasn't sure what time it was and he was sure that he had to get up... But he just... did not want to. That would require a lot more energy than he was willing to put into this day. But alas he figured he had to wake up at some point, and after a deep sigh, finally got himself out of bed and threw on his usual attire, simply because he was too lazy to get ahold of any other kind of cloths. Sure he cleaned them regularly and it probably seemed odd for him to be wearing the same clothes often, but he just did not want to invest in fashion.

He opened his door and walked out into the bar area, a large yawn escaping him as he lazily moved over to the bar to get himself a glass of water. He smiled to the woman and the girl and gave them a lazy wave, "Morning," Seph said, either oblivious to the fact that it was about nighttime or simply did not care since he had just woken up.

Tossing, turning, nightmares and overactive imaginations; Tristan just could not get much sleep at all. Of course, when you were surrounded by predators and just had a head blow up right in front of him. A couple more inches and he could have been the one with the exploding head. Would he have recovered from that one? Maybe, maybe not. It was... a little thrilling, actually; not knowing.

Tristan finally couldn't take it anymore. He wasn't sure what time it was or anything; he never knew in this place. He just walked out of his room, his shirt hanging loosely off of his leen muscles, his pants hanging just a bit lower than his usual uptight placement. They hung right where a normal twenty one year old rebel would leave them; right along the hips. His hair, for once, was down. He didn't even bother with his normal ponytail. No, hie just moved, almost like a zombie, into the back kitchen. It only took one time in the kitchen (yesterday) to remember the location of everything in there.

He pulled out a pan from down below and opened the fridge to grab the right number of eggs and-- his eyes fell upon Seph. For a long moment it was almost as if he were seeing bubbles, dazed from exhaustion. He didn't say a word; not until he visibly swallowed and laid the items back down. "Ah.... hungry?" He asked, smiling weakly to the man. Whoops. Caught. for some reason... he really didn't care.

Seph took a sip from his water, at first not noticing Tristan. He just wanted to lay down and stay that way, or perhaps sit down, he wasn't sure right then. Standing was just to much work right then. Must have been one of those days. Once Tristan spoke up he looked over to the man who looked worse for wear. He seemed to take his time considering the question as if pondering weather or not he truly was hungry. The answer was simple. Always.

"Dumplings," he said in a dreamy tone, it didn't take a rocket surgeon to figure out just how much he liked them, that was the correct term right? Rocket Surgeon? Maybe not. He couldn't be too sure, this world had way to many strange sayings that made almost no sense.
Jade looked over at Seph and smiled. "Good morning." Jade was a little drowsy, and felt completely accountable for all the events of last night. She was happy, but at the same time very guilty. She couldn't get rid of the guilt that she felt.

Soluna smiled at Seph and she felt like they had gone long enough with out knowing the names of eachother. "My names Sowuna, Whats youws." She asked stading up on the chair. Even stading on the chair she was about as tall as her mom.

Tristan blinked. Oh... dumblings? "Alright." As if it wasn't a difficult request at all. He shut the fridge, going right to the cabinets and grabbing the flour. Perfect. He started one cup of boiling water n the stove and let that work as the went to make the mixture he'd have inside. "Chicken or pork?" He asked, already in the worked of everything else that would go inside. Depending on Seph's answer he would grab either meet from the fridge along with cabbage. He sliced the cabbage up thin, threw it all into a bowl, shopped the meet up very fine and tossed that in as well. With a good amount of salt and fine pepper, as well as some sesame oil, a good splash of wine from the bar, a chopped green onion, and cornstarch, the mixed the soon-to-be-innards of the dumplings.

The water was boiled by then. Taking two cups of flour he swiftly dumped it into the pot, mixing it all together until it was thick enough to be considered a dough. Powdering the counter with flour he dumped the dough onto the counter and laid the pot in the sink. He went right to work, busy and absolutely concentrated on his work. Kneading the dough with fast and warm hands it hardly took any time for it to get its thickness and texture. It was just a matter of reaching up, grabbing a glass, and after rolling the dough down, using the cup to cut circular pieces out.

He scraped them up with a spatula and finally set a large pan to head with oil in it. His hands were just a bit too fast as filling each circle, holding it in his hands, and laying it aside. By the time the pan heated properly he had sixteen made. Each went right into the pan to cook while he worked on the remaining to get all the use out of the dough and ingredients. By the time he had finished the last round of them he could fill the pan with a half inch of water, set a lid on it, and leave it on low heat to steam.

He cleaned up all the while, making a dipping sauce on the side of soy sauce, sesame oil, and a short splash of a specific red wine. Not good your the young-ins, but he found it enhanced the flavor just nicely. Grabbing two plates, he left them on the bar counter empty. He would be back; that was a promise. He took a much larger plate, pulling the lid on the large pan, taking a spatula and tongs and one by one moving the potsticker dumplings from the pan to the plate, decorating them into a fancy spiral. Soon after he started the second round in the pan, drizzled the homemixed sauce over the dumplings lightly and leaving the rest in a small bowl in the center. Setting the second round to steam by the time he'd finished that, he took the large plate, laying it in between the two smaller ones along with two pairs of chopsticks. "Enjoy your meal." He said lightly with a smile to Seph.

He thought nothing of it, going right back into the kitchen and getting on the dishes. He'd made the meal for two, but his mind went right to 'work first, eat after.' The life of a butler meant he was second to his lady. Old habits died VERY hard.

Seph looked over to the girl. Sowuna? He thought about that one for a moment before it clicked in his mind. Soluna, that was her name. Cute name. He gave her a big smile and set his glass of water down, "I'm Seph Blackheart, it's an honor to meet you Soluna," he said before taking a dramatic bow, one hand across his abdomen and the other around his back. Once streightened up he regretted the action. It was just to much movement, and he was far to lazy for this, but he didn't show that it effected him at all.

He then looked over to the woman and tilted his head, the obvious question in his eyes, "And your's?" He already knew Tristan's and he figured, since they had had no real introduction, outside of Seishi saying his name when he had first met these people, that after answering Soluna the man would know Seph's name. At that point they would have been introduced indirectly.

He then looked over to Tristan again as he asked what kind. Both sounded great and thus his answer came, "Both," he said with a soft chuckle as he listened to the dilectible food stuffs being made. Oh how he loved Dumplings, the smell, the texture, the taste. Just thinking about it sent a shiver down his spine. And once they were in front of him, he gave Tristan a thankful smile, "Thank you," he said politely before looking back to the course in front of him, picking up the chopsticks and then digging in.

[ okay my mouth is watering now.. and now I want dumplings. ha ha xD]

Soluna smiled a big smile when Seph bowed. It made her feel like a princess. Jade smiled, looking over to seph. "my name is Jade. It's very nice to meet you." Jade to Seph with an extended smile. It was about time she got to know more people in this bar.

Soluna sat down on the bar and watched as Tristan brought plates out and walk back into the kitchen. She could sense that there was something wrong with Tristan. Like he wasn't himself. His hair was down, and he looked like he just crawled out of bed. Soluna was starting to think that Tristan wasn't used to being around non-humans.

Tristan took a deep breath, and within six minutes everything was cleaned up and he had a smaller plate filled with the remaining dumplings. He carted them out, refilling the large plate with swift hands, laying the plate back in the kitchen, specifically beside the sink, and finally grabbed himself a glass of water. He sat beside Seph finally. No doubt the man had more than likely already filled himself enough with the dumplings by that point. Tristan was starving!

He took his own chopsticks, slapped then between both hands, and with a chants of 'Itedakimasu!' he cracked them apart and swiftly plucked a few potstickers up with the sticks. It was almost as if he had been using them his entire life. The second he had a small helping reserved for himself he dug in, dipping them into the sauce lightly and taking them whole. Just as he was not allowed to eat with his Lady, he also knew how to take care of himself swiftly. He spent very little time stuffing his face one potsticker at a time.

Seph looked over to Jade and bowed his head slightly to her introduction, "And you as well," he said in a friendly tone. He had indeed ate the dumplings quickly but they were his favorite food so that was to be expected. He could eat them faster than one could cook. He was known well in a few towns on his world for being able to eat more than one could cook.

He then studied Tristan for a short time when he came to sit next to Seph. He was acting odd. How bad had he been effected yesterday? Or rather, what had he been thinking about all night? Was that his first time seeing that kind of a sight? So many questions.

He looked back up to Rune and Soluna, no need to worry them over it. He personally was unaffected by the situation, he had killed enough, and seen enough die, to last several lifetimes. He had grown used to such sights, even many that were far worse, "So how are you two lovely ladies today?"

.:OOC: I know right XD:.
Jade smiled as Tristan walked out, but he seemed to be shutting everyone out. He was acting very odd. She looked back over at Seph to answer his question. "We are, we're alright. How are you after last night?" Jade asked politely, not wanting to pry or anything. Jade still couldn't believe that she was finally safe after all these years, it was finally over. She was grateful for that, but something didn't quite make sense. Tristan was bit last night. She knew he was, she could smell the fresh blood. Why wasn't he turned? "Seph." Jade whispered, just loud enough for Seph to hear. "Tristan was bit last night correct?" She asked curious.

( He hadn't left, but alright. xD I'll make him leave.)

He ate his full swiftly, then laid his utensils down on the plate. Grabbing his bit of dishes, taking another sip of water, and finally carting it all off into the kitchen, he laid them all in the sink. He went right to washing them, one at a time, his eyes tired and glazed over. He never appreciated doing these chores before; he never would. You never HAD to appreciate the chores, though. you just had to get them out of the way, systematically, one at a time, and then relax them all was said and done.

The bite marks form last night didn't show. Those long fangs had dug all the way down the the artery; now he hadn't even a sign they ever existed. It didn't bother him at all; he didn't even think about it. He was so used to constantly being healthy and in perfect shape that the idea that it may seem odd to others was almost foreign now.

He licked his lips and left the dishes to dry for now, glancing out to the bar to see wither or not Seph had finished. He would not even dare to pull away a meal from a person. That was just rude!

Rune peeked into the main room, and after assuring herself that certain parties were absent, she stepped out of the residential side of the inn, once again neglecting to properly dress herself and instead wearing one of her husband's button-downs. Not that it was a bad look for the small woman, but it was rather immodest.
Rune slipped behind the counter, then took down a glass and poured herself some whiskey, neat. She did realize that there were others in the bar, but she only acknowledged them with a cursory wave. The only person she was much up to interacting with lately was her husband... mostly because she was keeping him too busy for him to know that something was wrong.

Eloquent Hunter

Seph listened to Jade as he continued with his dumplings. Had Tristan been bit? There had been bits and peices of stuff, and more blood than one could think of, everywhere so it was hard to tell. Everything had happened so fast as well, "I'm not too sure, to be honest with you. There was just too much blood everywhere to be sure, but it is possible," He said as he popped another dumpling into his mouth. He looked over to jade with an apologetic look in his eyes.

He then looked over to Rune who was also acting a bit. Unusual. Though he had only really talked with her once, she seemed like the type to be far more active. He tilted his head slightly at her wave and found himself very curious about the mood of this place as of late. Was she still worried about whatever that man had called her? did something else happen?
