While I don't really pay attention to shoes, I can't exactly recall ever seeing anyone wearing shoes like them. So I wonder if they sell well among teens? But if that is the fad/style for kids these days it makes me think it will be one of those things their kids will look back on and go "you wore those?"

((Good luck finding that chain you actually have a decent time checking within. Some local outdoor stores actually have more normal shoes instead of the street clown look, so I've given up on ever again trying the strip mall.))
