Serena shook her head, "No Serrenedy. I don't think I will. You see. Different foods can have different types of flare and kick. And when making desserts, you want things like sugar, and cocoa powder. Maybe vanilla or almond extract." she smiled, "You don't wanna put chili powder in a cake or brownie batch"

"OOOOOOOOOOHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH" Serrenedy thought for bit "Maybe it's a cajun cake" She smiled to herself at the thought

Serena laughed, "Well maybe. But shards of glass and being mixed with an electric mace isn't the best idea." she smiled and then walked back to the kitchen, "Now I want you to compare the two" she brought out the pan of Caramel Marshies, "This is what it was supposed to look like. I haven't tasted it yet. But see the difference" she smiled, "Now, I'd advise against it, but you should compare the taste and smell. Try to get a piece without glass in it from yours." she cut a brownie square out of the pan.

Serrenedy tried hers first. It made her eyes water and her mouth was slightly cut up, and the aftertaste ws an electric jolt. "I've tatsed worse posiens, so I'm getting BETTER" She grinned, then tried Serena's. "OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO You're good at this" She said with a mouth full of brownie

Serena smiled, "Thanks. Just hope Varian thinks so. I know I'm not the chef here. But I love coming up with new ideas" she laughed and tried one herself, "Hm. I've done better" she smiled and then cut up the rest of the brownies and set them on a platter. She sat down in a chair and sighed, "I'm gonna be gone all weekend. Gotta go visit someone. No cable. No internet. Just my cell phone, my I-pod and a book."

Serena laughed, "Yeah. I have to go in two hours." she let her head fall backward onto the chair, "It's gonna be worse than I thought! My roommates ex is going to be there. And so is his bratty son! I don't get along very well with either of them"

Serena stood up and grabbed her bag, "I'll be back. At the end of the weekend." she walked out the door, smiling and waving.

Bomarus took one of the sweets and paused for a moment before saying "Thank you.." and taking a bite of it. To his surpeise it didnt hurt his teeth and he was able to finish the rest of it.

He smiled at the hard work of his two employees as he would return after the fathers day weekend.

"I don't see wht the big deal is about fathers day" Serrenedy ighed looking at the empty cafe

"Fathers also wanted an exuse to make thier families spend an unessicary amount ov money on gifts for them.." Boomy said back from his lonely corner

"Why" She asked coldly "They're all abandoners, that want nothing more then to knock women up and once their girlfriend's lost her shape they go to the next overly vumupios and easily manipulated young woman to knock her up." She continued

"I wouldnt quite say that,," said bomarus putting down what he was doing. Perhaps its best not to get involved.. he thought

Serena strolled back into the bar, "Oh boy. I feel bad for being gone for so long" she rushed around, cleaning up and cooking. She smiled at her handy work, "I've made a fresh sample batch. Cleaned everything. I feel accomplished" she flopped onto the couch and sighed. She'd seen a psychiatrist recently and he had told her to begin speaking aloud, even if no one was around. Said that it would start her on a path to stop bottling everything up.
