The Tiered Funder is the ultimate loyalty reward system for every Gaian. But what is the Tiered Funder reward program? An excellent question with an easy answer! It’s simple: we reward you for the purchases you make. This means that whatever you spend on Gaia will contribute to earning FREE prizes!

Do you have Gaia Cash?

To get started with the Tiered Funder reward program, just purchase some Gaia Cash for your account! When you purchase Gaia Cash during a Tiered Funder event, that amount will automatically add to your reward! The more you purchase, the greater reward you'll earn!

Tiered Funder (What/When)?

A Tiered Funder event won’t run forever. This is a special event that will only run for a set period of time. Keep an eye on the site header so that you never miss out on an awesome opportunity to get free rewards for your purchases!

When a Tiered Funder event launches, the header will feature a new bar under the Gaia Cash icon indicating what tier you are on and how much Gaia Cash you need to purchase to reach that tier reward. Just click on that bar, and you'll be taken to a landing page where you can find out what free rewards are offered as part of that Tiered Funder reward program, as well as when the event ends!

How much do we need to purchase to qualify?

Each tier reward will have a reward level that you will need to hit to qualify. Once you have hit the specific reward level, you will automatically qualify for that specific tier. As you purchase more, you will qualify for higher rewards!

How do I claim a reward?

Once you have purchased enough to reach a tier, you can claim a reward. To claim a reward, simply visit the Tiered Funding event's landing page by clicking on the bar under your Gaia Cash icon. Once you are on the landing page, you can click the "Claim" button next to each tier you have qualified for. Once you claim a reward, the item(s) will go right into your inventory!

Do the Tiered rewards stack?

Absolutely! If a tier has 5 reward levels, and you qualify for the top tier, you will receive all the items in the lower level tiers as well. Please note that this does not mean that you will receive multiple copies of the tier reward items when you reach the top tier, but that you do not need to make separate transactions in order to reach multiple tiers at once. For instance, if you have to purchase 5,000 Gaia Cash to reach the top tier and you buy exactly 5,000 Gaia Cash on one purchase, you will receive the same rewards as someone who bought 5,000 Gaia Cash through various separate transactions.

Does the Bonus Gaia Cash count toward my tier?

The extra Gaia Cash that we give you as thanks for your purchase does contribute toward the Tier Funder events. For instance, if it shows you will receive 2,600 Gaia Cash, the bar will automatically fill up with 2,600 towards your rewards.

Does my Angel Subscription affect the tier?

As thanks for being an Angel Subscriber, you will receive up to the value of your subscription level in the tier automatically! For instance, if you are a Wing Supporter the bar will automatically fill up with 500 points towards your rewards, and if you are a Gold Wing the bar will fill up with 10,000 points.
