What is the Gaia Rewards Program?
Welcome to the Gaia Rewards Program! As a rewards member, you will receive Stars for every dollar you fund and for every Gaia Cash you spend. Members will be able to redeem their Stars for various rewards and perks. More details can be found on the main Gaia Rewards Page (gaiaonline.com/gaiarewards)

You must have a Gaia Online Account in order to participate in the Gaia Rewards Program. If you do not have a Gaia Online Account, please visit gaiaonline.com for information on how to create one. You will be enrolled automatically in the Gaia Rewards Program and are eligible to begin earning Stars as soon as you create your Gaia Online Account.


How do I earn Stars?
You earn 2 Stars for every $1 purchased through Paypal or Credit Card Transactions, and you also earn 1 Star for every 400 GC used to purchase items on the Gaia Online. At this time, this does not include purchases of GC gift cards or Marketplace purchases of gift cards. So, for example, if you spend $10 to purchase GC, you will receive 20 Stars. If you spend 400 GC, you will receive 1 Star.

Purchasing Pledges or items from Seasonal Styles are now eligible for stars.

Some restrictions apply. Any promotional events held can have different Star conditions. Please read through the conditions of each promotion before participating.


Can I collect Stars on uneven amounts?
Yes, your change counts towards partial Stars. We’ll keep track of all your partial Stars and apply them to your total Stars. The main rewards page will show your Stars as a whole number rounded down. If you check the Points Listing page, you will be able to see your complete Star history.


What are the Rewards?
Stars may be redeemed for certain Rewards, as described in detail on the Gaia Rewards page (gaiaonline.com/gaiarewards).

Some Rewards can be obtained multiple times, while others can be obtained only once. Supply may be limited and, in such cases, Reward availability may be on a first-come, first-served basis.

Rewards are nonrefundable. Rewards are locked onto the purchasing account and cannot be shared or copied. Rewards are promotional, have no cash value, and cannot be redeemed for cash or its equivalent. When you redeem Stars for Rewards, the Terms of Service from Gaia Online associated with any digital content and services for which you redeem Star continue to apply to the Rewards. Please refer to gaiaonline.com/info/legal/tos for more information the terms of service for the digital content and services rewards.


Do my Stars expire?
The Stars you earn will expire after 6 months. Stars will automatically be used in the order in which you received them. If you fail to use your Stars before they expire, you will not be able to redeem them.

Each Star you earn will expire on the last day of the 6th month after you earned it. Stars will automatically be used in the order in which you received them. If you fail to use your Stars before they expire, you will not be able to redeem them. If your Gaia Online Account is banned, or if all or a portion of the Rewards Program is terminated or discontinued for any reason, your earned Stars will become invalid and unusable.

When Stars are collected or expire, they are processed based on Pacific Time. Points due to expire will expire on the last day of each month at 11:59:59 p.m. Pacific Standard Time. (Processing will happen 1 hour earlier if Pacific Daylight Time is in effect.)

How do I earn Gaia Cash?
Gaia Cash can either be purchased via the payments page, by becoming an angel subscriber, by completing surveys and tasks from various sponsored offer walls (more offers here) found on our site, in exchange for real world gift cards from PayGarden, from daily treat, from the bulletin board on the home page, purchasing gift cards via the marketplace, or by placing in our Runway!

By participating in the Gaia Rewards Program, you agree to follow these following Terms. Additional terms and requirements may apply.


About

Earning Points
The Gaia Rewards Program gives you the opportunity to earn Stars.

Stars
Except as otherwise determined by Gaia Online, Stars may be earned by purchasing GC or spending GC. Please refer to the FAQ above for more information on the number of Stars that may be available with each purchase or spend.

Some exclusions apply, and not all purchases qualify for Stars.


Redeeming
What are the Rewards?

General
All or a portion of the Gaia Rewards Program, including the availability and type of Stars and Rewards, may not be available everywhere and to all users. Gaia Online reserves the right to shorten, extend, modify, suspend, terminate, or cancel the Gaia Rewards Program at its discretion, at any time, even though these changes may affect your ability to accrue or use Stars. Modifications may include, but are not limited to, the methods by which you can earn Stars, the value of Stars, the number of Stars, the type and availability of Rewards, and any of the options that we make available through the Gaia Rewards Program.

Your failure to comply with these Terms may result in your disqualification from the Gaia Rewards Program and the suspension, deletion or ban of your Gaia Online Account.

Changes that we make to these Terms or the Gaia Rewards Program will be effective immediately upon posting on the Website, and you waive any right you may have to receive specific notice of such changes. Your continued participation in the Gaia Rewards Program constitutes your acceptance of any changes to these Terms. You are responsible for remaining knowledgeable as to any changes that we make to these Terms. If you do not agree to the Terms, you must stop participating in the Gaia Rewards Program.


Restrictions to the Gaia Rewards Program
Stars are not your personal property. Stars are promotional and have no cash value, are nonrefundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or its equivalent. Any unused or expired Stars will not be returned to you unless required by law. You may not combine your Stars with any other Gaia Online Account, or transfer or sell your Stars to anyone for any reason. Any attempt to combine or transfer Stars will result in the forfeiture of all earned Stars and potential Account Ban.

You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your Star balances, and we encourage you to check your balances regularly. If you believe that Stars were not properly accrued to your balance, please contact Customer Service within 7 days of the Points award date.

We reserve the right to determine and interpret the terms regarding how Stars are earned, issued, and administered, and our decisions are final and binding. Stars that we determine to be invalid for any reason may be removed from your Gaia Online Account.

Today we have two special coupon rewards available to redeem in the Star Rewards shop! Today we're introducing these coupons for you so you can get a DISCOUNT off of your total purchase on the payments page! The more stars you've earned, the more you can save!

To obtain these coupons, head on over to the Gaia Rewards page and check out the new rewards you can redeem your stars for! When you're ready, trade in your stars for your coupon of choice! Head on over to the Gaia Cash page, choose your coupon from the drop down, and don't forget to apply it to your order! This coupon can be used on any price level on the purchase page! Any existing sitewide bonuses or your bonuses from your Angel Subscription will still be applied to your order! Please note these coupons can only be applied to Gaia Cash purchases made via PayPal or Credit Card, and only one coupon may be used per transaction, meaning it cannot be used with other existing coupons.

Existing Discount Coupons:

5% off your purchase of Gaia Cash: This coupon will take 5% off your total purchase! This discount stacks with our current Gaia Cash sales, and it can be redeemed for stars as many times as you like to use with any Gaia Cash purchase made via Paypal or Credit Card. This option can be redeemed for 150 Stars.

10% off your purchase of Gaia Cash: This coupon will take 10% off your total purchase! This discount stacks with our current Gaia Cash sales, and it can be redeemed for stars as many times as you like to use with any Gaia Cash purchase made via Paypal or Credit Card. This option can be redeemed for 250 Stars.

Notes About Star Discount Coupons
All coupons will expire by 2038. If there are any changes to this expiration we will make an announcement.

You cannot stack coupons. Only one coupon per Gaia Cash transaction.

You must apply coupons to your order to receive the benefits of the coupon.

Discount coupons apply to your order of Gaia Cash. ie. 10% off of $10 USD, means your purchase will now be $9 USD. You will still receive any active or angel bonuses and running promotions.

You will still earn 2 star points for every $1 USD spent. In the example above, you would earn a total of 180 star points for your $90 USD purchase.

Each coupon is single use, you would need to purchase and apply another coupon to receive the same benefits again.

If you purchase multiple of the same coupon, you'll notice on the Gaia Cash purchase page that only 1 (one) of the same coupon will show up at a time. After you redeem that coupon, that coupon will be eligible to be used again until you exhaust all your purchased coupons.
