Yeah, Gaia certainly lacks in certain areas. What's really frustrating are one off items that are one color or another, but just different enough from all the other items of that color. Or the companions you can have with you, that near impossible to match.

✖✖ Yea, I hate off-colors.
Like the Yama EI, the thingies(umm ninja-type thing), the red is so off.
It doesn't match any other red.

There were a few items like that I really was excited about until I got them and started trying to make an avie around them.

One of the ones I really like but can NEVER match it with is Grace of Eros.

When I make tekteks for people I tend to be good at black/white/gold and then a touch of another colour.

Yeah, I figured the same for my avie, which is the main reason why I keep my avies hair color black. It usually goes with my avie, or else I can use a wig item.
