oh yeah. i not listened to it yet. getting tired of the replaying of the "get lucky" track on the radio. so i hope a new single comes out. > <

My understanding is that Lose Yourself To Dance, the second single, has already been released to US radios around mid August.

Forgot to add: it should be released to all in a few days.

Very much a throwback, a way to see it is them making the music that inspires them, music that they'd usually sample. '70s, '80s disco, funk, rock, pop-edge, modular synths and all at its core, with a great number of other influences thrown in (really lives up to the "random" part of the name, give Touch a try, or the other Paul Williams influenced track Beyond ).

In fact, they made a lot of noise about using methods, hiring musicians, and working with people in famous places from that "golden" era of music. Joke being it's their first studio album made in a studio x D

Anyway, a laid back, contemplative, listen as a whole trip, both fresh and impossibly familiar.
At times cheesy :U

No in your face electronic dance Frenchitude, except maybe on the last two songs: the sparse Doin'it Right and rocket launch Contact that closes the album.
