I am not trying to be hateful. I have only responded to unpleasant comments with equally unpleasant comments. From now on, since my opinion on the correct use of pronouns is conflicting with the opinions of those on this thread, I will refer to any who want to use pronouns which I deem unsuitable by name.

Avoiding pronouns is actually still just as bad as using the wrong pronouns. I'm not going to change my mind about your womanhood, but since people seem to have an issue with explicit displays of such an opinion, I have decided that it is much more tactful to use your name than it is to use the pronouns which I think are accurate, despite their potential offensiveness, either to you or others.

If you are mature and intelligent as you have claimed yourself to be in your multiple posts, why do you keep arguing with him and responding with "unpleasant comments"? You begin to learn as a child that you do not always have to have the last word.

Even ignoring the fact that I do agree with Syn's opinion on GID and treatment for such and the like, it is apparent that you two are not going to agree on this matter. You could just be the better person and drop it.

Since this is a trans thread in support of the trans population, which you are not in support of and do not appear to be interested in learning about or changing your opinion of, I do not understand why you keep posting here and arguing with Syn. It just seems pointless.

I believe strongly that my side should not have to drop our position because this thread is meant to be an educational and supportive argument for transgender persons. I do not think we should lay back and let arguments against the validity of Gender Identity Disorder be absorbed into this thread. If someone is going to question the validity of this disorder or our identities, I am going to defend it and show transpeople they shouldn't let anyone step on their identity. It's very important that we establish ourselves because no one's gonna do it for us.

At this point I think that you've defended the rights of the trans population and explained the validity of GID, and they still aren't listening. You can keep arguing until you're blue in the face (obviously not literally), and they aren't gonna listen. They won't even use your correct pronoun. I just the entire argument is futile at this point, and personally just think they should be banned from the thread. They aren't contributing to it's purpose, they don't belong here.

You think wrongly, those pronouns are not accurate. Pronouns are not used to refer to someone's genitals, they're used to refer to their gender. That's why WALL-E is a "he" and EVE is a "she" even though they don't have genitals. That's why Tinky-Winky and Dipsy are "he" and Laa-Laa and Po are "she." They have genders but not sexes.

Go ahead, use the "IT'S FICTIONAL!!1" argument. That doesn't disprove the use of the pronouns in reference to gender in the English language. The characters in question don't have to be real people.

A part of you is VERY eager to argue, considering you're also willing to start s**t with me in other threads. And your track record doesn't look good, either; a vast majority of your posts are some form of arguing. You are also now "known" as a troll by a lot of regulars; that takes quite a bit of trolling to gain a reputation.
