I've pretty much always wanted to be a comedian. But I just don't know if I'm cut for the job. I'd be "different" and "unique" and that might give me an edge (being trans and hella short could be a plus) but I'm just not sure if I'm into the idea of either being hated or loved by fans. Because that's how it tends to be with comedians.

You hear people say:

OMGGGG I LOOOOOVE ADAM SANDLER

or

GRRRR I H8888 ADAM SANDLER

Why can't people be like, "Oh, I like his comedy" or "Meh, he's not my type"?
