So no one here knows how to use an RX-8 =|... I was thinking...

On first 4 levels and last: 7, 7.5, 8, 100, 130, 140

Rest: 7, 7.5, 8, 105, 120, 130

Uh...I know how to use an RX-8. And your shift points could use some work.

I don't own the car, I wanna know how to shift with it =|... And just telling me you know how to use it doesn't exactly help me out at all.

Can you specify what you mean by how to shift with it? I mean, when your needles comes to the number, you nudge the stick. Not exactly hard.

You assumed that no one around used the RX-8; that's why. Of course, if I missed your question, I apologize.

Anyway, if you want tips for an RX-8, I'll gladly provide.

First off, don't even bother cold-starting. It's really not worth it with RX-8 unless you're going for WR times and are really that close. Stick with the hot start shift points.

6.75, 7.25, 7.5, 7.75, 7.850 (last gear usually tends to differ, though. Some stick with this point, whereas others prefer shifting by speed for the last gear. I prefer the latter, so I'll provide speeds with which I shift to 6th for each course).

Myogi and Usui: 157
Akagi and Akina: 146 (147 if I wall-tap)
Irohazaka: 118
Akina Snow: 132 (I can't quite remember this one...it's been a while since I raced Akina Snow with my RX-8.)
Happogahara: 140
Shomaru: 108
Tsuchisaka: 132 (Can't quite remember this one, either. I'm having a bad day. Shoot me.)

I assume nothing, I asked and someone told me "SHIFT LIKE MAD!" and no one else seemed to know. So it looks like you assumed that I assumed that no one knew how to use the care v_v.

Must've missed it. Oh well. Don't get mad, now. Just be glad that I gave you some more tips with the RX-8, then.
