^_^ i posted here before... has anyone ever tried to re-enact initial d in another game?(i.e, gt4, nfsu etc.) i found some of Takumi's techniques quite useful in other games

Well obviously anything would work in GT4. Though drifting is the slowest way to corner, its fun. So if you and your opponent are drifting... Its teh fun!
But as for re creating the cars and what not....

Man, i'll admit the 3rd Generation Rx-7s are nice..but I really have a fondness for the older ones. All you young'ns and your Crazy new-fangled thingies.

I like the FC the best.
Mainly cause I had one for a while heart
That damn thing rocked. But the FD's are nice.

Man, my dad owns a Mechanic shop, and he was working on an FC, and the guy wanted to sell it for One-Hundred dollars, it needed a new engine, and dad didn't tell me. I wanted to keeeel him.

Your dad can work on rotaries?
You guys must rake in some serious cash!
People pay me ridiculous amounts to fix their REs

Yeah, my dad can actually work on just about anything. But not a whole lot of people around here own RX-7s, so we don't work on them too often. That and dad doesn't like to work on them he said if I ever did buy one, he "would not ever work on it. Ever."

I use RX7s and GTRs myself... oh and the Celica GT4

yeah im new at this game and don't really know what i'm doing but initial d is something I love I haven't had a chance to play the arcade game but I want to so bad and I wish it would come out for ps2 in the u.s. but I do have all the dvds from tokyo pop I love the series and anybody I let watch it instantly become hooked initial d is like a drug I love it and can't stop watching it plus I hope they bring one out for the sony psp that would be great so I could play in a plane or a car or where ever love the post.
