These are questions that are beyond me. I cannot know the will of the admin. I wish I could be of better help?

So there isn't a race of evil anti-mods with the same powers as the mods that run about causing havoc and chaos . . . right? sweatdrop

Ack DemonNick! More lumping of stupid and chatterbox together crying

It makes baby MOD's cry!!!

Aw, I thought it was sweet. I don't think hyms are too chatterboxy... heart

I mean't the content of the hym.

There is hope in the chaterbox, not an overhaul of irrelvance that is the modist duty in Ed but an organisation of what is already it's domain, a sort of almight link list, and new threads of interest for people to join into!

I can't find the pages, nor do I remember which thread it was in, but the question is as follows: For St Lanzertine's Day, is it ok to have more than one lanzertine?

Hokay, I don't know how -I- came to be the Herald of Holidays, but this question has been addressed.

I myself will not have a Lanzertine, nor will I be anyone else's. Although I am not a Mod, I have been declared a saint, and do not wish to create the image that I have favorites. I do, but I like to keep up a good image.

However, as Lanzertine's day is a celebration of love, I don't see how love can be limited. Personally, I would limit myself, as I tend to have problems with jealousy and balance. But so long as all are in agreement, and all understand the value of each other's love, I see no harm.

May Mod have mercy on you though if you screw it up.

It seems to me that it is much easier to screw up if one is not fluent in economy enough to have enough money. Dare I say that the Economy Devil is possibly the best prepared for this?

Are you saying that love is limited by one's economic success? scream That one can buy love?

Well, if one wishes to think that, sure. I was thinking more that if you have multiple lanzertines, you're going to need to buy exttra lanzertine gifts, and if you are of limited economic ability, you may not have enough to give everyone even or aproprite gifts.

Like getting one person fairy wings, and the other peasant clothes.
When is St. Lanzertine Day? I need to find myself a Lanzertine before it's too late ...

Lanzertines aren't bought. The gifts are expressions of love/affection, not a requirement. If you wish to exchange gifts with your Lanzertine, the best way is to balance the financial size of the gift so you are giving gifts of equal worth IN YOUR HEARTS, rather than based on the gold prices. It's all about the emotion and the thought behind the gift, not the actual, physical costs.

I'm going to have to agree with Kij, here. Personally, I was going to write poetry.

So if someone wanted to get you something, and only could afford peasant clothes, while you got them say... a may letter... you would not get upset at all? You would not feel that they were only buying that to save on money so they could get mroe for themselves, and only saying that's all that they could afford to you?

All my poetry comes in haiku format, and has done much gracing of these boards on the weekend. It'll probably be back this weekend as well.

Personally, if someone gave me peasant clothes for Lanzertine because that's all they expressed the ability to give me, I would accept it whole-heartedly. As I said, it has little to do with the actual cost...instead, everything to do with the emotion behind it. I myself have very little in the way of gold and have depended upon the grace of the Mods and my friends to build my avatar's clothing style. 3nodding
