♡ Do you know if we are supose to continue donating gifts to kole & if yes why?

I don't know, I'm not a member of Gaia staff ^w^ I don't think we're supposed
to continue donating to [NPC] Kole, at least I won't do it myself haha. He haven't
posted any new messages for days. Also [NPC] Santa Claus posted his newest
message for many days ago (December 19th). Here is the link to his post:

"Help build some holiday spirit by January 2nd so we can send Kole packing for good!"

So the event ends January 2nd 2018, and Kole is gone and there is less than
a week left of the event. So if Kole comes back, it would be very surprising haha ^w^ cat_3nodding

♡ Thank you for all your help, do you think it's too late to start a tree ? I throught i read somewhere you can't use a touch screen , i haven't tried yet but i'll give it a shot & hope others can decorate for me.. do you think that will work ?

You're welcome and of course it's not too late, the event ends January 2nd 2018,
so you have many days left to do it, and yeah I don't know if touch screens will
work or not but it's worth a try, and yeah I'm sure people will help and also you
get 1 ornament/decoration for every single post you make in any topic in the
event forum (here is the link to it: http://www.gaiaonline.com/forum/1311),
so if you post/bump 1000 times in the event forum, you have 1000 ornaments
to decorate with, and then you also get help from other people, just remember to
bump your topic so people knows about it, and also sometimes you get tree grow
potions when you post/bump topics, so you can grow your tree (level 1 is the smallest
tree and that's the beginning, then level 2 is medium size, and level 3 is the largest)
to fit more ornaments, just keep bumping your own or other people's topics so you
will have plenty of ornaments to decorate with and tree grow potions to grow your own
or other people's trees. Also remember to collect your rewards and daily Wing Stickers
on the event page (here is the link to it: http://www.gaiaonline.com/gaiaevent/xmas2k17/index)
You also get achievements if you place enough ornaments (please check the
event page for more information). It can all be completed in a day or less ^w^ cat_3nodding

Cool and also that just made me realize why they still haven't removed
the [NPC] Kole gifting option/feature. It's so that all Gaians can get the
Friend of the Goat achievement, even after he left ^w^ That's so clever
and well thought out by Gaia staff ^w^ Haha why didn't I realize this earlier ^w^ cat_3nodding

Hello all,

I've been working on some alchemy these past few days. When I go to the alchemy screen, under Incomplete, I see "Formula 1: Hell Prison". However, it doesn't say "You own ___" nor does it appear in my inventory under Formula.

There is no formula in my storage locker, house, or trades. I've searched my inventory as well. Nothing.

How do I get rid of this phantom formula?

Have you ever gifted a Hell Prison formula to someone? If you gift an item to someone and they don't open the gift box, the item still shows up as 'in your inventory', though you can't find it anywhere. That's my best guess as to what may have happened to you, based on what you've said you've eliminated.

You are brilliant!! I checked my trades; I gifted Kole that formula!
