Even though I highly doubt there will be another Dissidia... But if they ever decide to update the game and make more characters buy-able through PSN store or something my choice would be the following...

Playable:
VIII - Rinoa
IX - Vivi
XII - Fran
XIII - Serah
Type-0 - Rem

Assists:
VI - Relm
VIII - Quistis
IX - Garnet/Dagger
X - Lulu
XII - Baltier
Type-0 - Deuce

Bosses/secret characters:
VII CC - Genesis
VIII - Seifer
IX - Eiko

Not exactly top 5's but choosing get's kinda hard sometimes... cat_sweatdrop

I think it would be interesting to do a crossover hero/villian,
like from the Chrono series,

Another would be to add in Aki Ross from The Spirits Within.
