Actually he doesn't. The only character I had that slowed down my game was Homaru.(or something like that.)

ok, go into the character's folder....
find the Windows NT Command Script(everybody has one)
right click
choose edit
it should list all the commands and you can edit them.
yep, your ultimate super could be done by down+start...lol
