There is no best character, I mean the pacifier is more powerfull then the F1 key, Omega Tom Hanks, even pshyco shredder put together.

I have him, and his original games/movies are good, but there is no best mugen character. EVERYONE is going to have their opinion on the best char ever, meaning it can only be the best to one or a few people. Good characters are favs by alot of people though biggrin . Pieman, acutally it probobly would, I mean over 1800 chars can do that XD

you should really look into these things before requesting chars. Dante from DMC is a WIP, there are two bosses, a few sephiroths, and four or five clouds, along with Tifa, and the WIP Aries for Mugen. As for SSB, there is Mr.GAme and watch, pikachu, jigglypuff, Master HAnd, Falco, Fox McCloud, ness, captain falcon, link, kirby, and the final destination, and pokemon stadium stages. They can all be found at infinity.
