your doing a good job... but do we really want/need another naruto character?
I havn't found one single naruto character that was good. Found some "cosplay" files ones but they where terribly animated so just got rid of them right away.
As for me, yeah I want my rp character despite him bieng from naruto.
He manipulates blood as his fighting style and I plan to give him a very unique combat mixture (once I start studying up on programing) so his backround really shouldn't matter much.
Anyways, as for a program to make sprites you could use even the simplist of art programs, even paint (although having one with layers is useful). I use Macromedia Fireworks though to make my sprites, got it in for a college class some time back.

What about naruto and sasuke? They were done pretty well aside from the cheapness.
