I'm pretty sure MUGEN runs fine on the PSP and the Xbox, i know it does on the Xbox, i've heard it runs on the PSP too. You may need to find a slightly modified version of the exe file though, for it to run. I know it's like that for Beats of Rage, when you try to use it on a different console/system.
