Again, have you taken ALL the nessacary procautions? Have you done the rythme method, cervix wall pill and condoms? which in the end, im sure are much cheaper?

I'm not even sexually active. I was using myself as an example.

Anyway, I don't know anyone who uses ALL forms of birth control. If it fails, then they're allowed to get an abortion if they want.

This is still based on decisions you make, we don't have the phyiscal ability with muscles, to push the baby out of our systems, such as rabbits supposedly do. Sure we can take poisons, but would a good mother do that? Accidently sure, but this is intentional, because your to lazy to do things properly, and you like to creat scape goats to make your self a little more nobel.

If anything it's more of a "I don't have to justify myself to you" sort of thing. Perhaps if there were less people trying to point fingers and make women feel ashamed for aborting, they wouldn't NEED to "make scapegoats".

Facts remains, you should feel ashamed! If you don't then there is something psychologically wrong with you! Not not feel guilty of a death a child, because you dont want responsiblilty, well agian, its selfish.

It's also selfish to say that a woman must remain pregnant just because you care only about the fetus and not the woman.

And no, I will not be ashamed of an abortion. I'll be happy! Happy that I got my life back all thanks to that wonderful abortion!

Last time i checked, caring for someone else, isn't selfish at all. And its not that I don't care about the women, because I do. But i also realize, the women made a poor descision.

Lets face it, not many people use condoms and the likes, correctly, it is thier fault.

I'm sorry, I didn't know you were perfect. I didn't know every time you use protection it works exactly how it's meant to, that you never get discreacted or caught up in the moment and maybe put it on a bit wrong and make it rip. And, of course, you popped out of the womb knowing how to apply them correctly, and with experience in doing so.

A poor decision in your estimation. I would never tell a woman to get an abortion, I'd never tell her to keep it, but I think for a lot of women abortion is the best choice becasue the other options are far worse. Now, you may be thinking "how can having a wonderful little baby ever be bad", well, you try living on the dole with no family and no house and tell me if that's a good time to have a baby. You try having two kids and a husband that beats you and tell me if a baby's a good idea.

Okay, for the most part I'm an observer of this thread, and only plan on posting when I'm able to formulate a monster of an argument (which is more than I can say about one hundred percent of the posters on page two), I gotta jump in and say this is rediculous.

If you go skydiving, well aware of the risks, and your parachute doesn't open...it's your own damn fault for even taking the risk. But skydiving is strictly recreational, as is sex in THIS context. It is NOT a necessity. Driving a car is.

So let's not get rediculous.

Have you had sex? Are you in an adult romantic relationship? Are you, like me, married? Sex is not just for making babies. It fosters bonds between couples and makes them want to stay together.

Driving a car is not necessary. The gods saw fit to give us a pair of legs, and they worked well into the 20th century and still work today. Long ago, people didn't use cars and they managed to get all the way across the nation. Hell, people didn't have horses and they got across the Bering Strait just fine. The Amish don't need cars. I, personally, have never driven a car outside of a parking lot. Cars aren't necessary at all, they're technology of convenience(sp?).

Driving a car is not a necessity. You COULD just walk everywhere. It'd be more difficult, but you can still do it.

Plus, medical care is offered for people in car and skydiving accidents, even though they knew the risks. If we were to treat it the same way many would like to treat abortions, it'd just be a matter of "sorry, no medical help, you're screwed, it's your own damn fault you got into the car". Something wrong with this picture?

As I have told you, a child is between the ages of 2 and 12 (stages of infancy and puberty) and thus is never involved in abortion. You're using the term for emotional ploys.

So it's perfectly fine, and legal, to kill anyone under 2 remorselessly?

And from a legal standpoint, adulthood doesn't begin until age eighteen; you're undermining the cherished "It's legal, so it's morally right" argument most pro-choicers love to use. Either adhere to what's stated by our LEGAL system or don't. No one's LEGALLY an adult until age 18.

Of course, if you don't live in the US, then forgive me. But rarely is a 12-year-old legally considered to be an adult.

He was making a point that she was irrational. You can't disprove that, because she was being irrational. Again, you are perverting situations. Sex isn't the only way to bond with your loved one. Trying doing a jigsaw puzzle. Foot massages. Back rubs. Love isn't defined by a p***s and v****a meeting.

Again, being responsible, people need to take control of their lives, and stop using cop out excuses. People aren't man (woman) enough to face up to the cold hard facts, and then they try to cover it up with lies so they can sleep at night.

I'm being responsible by getting an abortion. You may not think so, but I sure do.

It's saving the fetus from being an unwanted child and being unloved. Shoved in an adoption center too.

It's helping me because I don't even want to give birth or go through pregnancy.

Abortion is safer than pregnancy anyway. I'm not going to put my life in danger just because you think it's "wrong". No. What is right for me is up to me to decide, not you.

Just to show your lack of knowedge in the area of birth control, the "rythme method" is an old wives tale. It doesn't have any benefits whatsoever. Its like telling a girl to jump up and down after sex. Nothing really is going on there.

Besides, there is no 100% failsafe method of birth control. So unwanted pregnancy will, and does occur

Nope, because when you just can't cope any more with your one and half year old you can phone social services and get them to deal with it or leave them with your mother or outside the nearest hospital. You can seperate yourself from them, hell, you'd even encourage me to legally abandon my child to the adoption system. The only way to get them away from me when I'm pregnant is abortion.

If they are done having kids, get your tubes tied, use contraceptives. I think its a little more inconvieniant to get an abortion then use contraceptives.
