Aren't laws supposed to help people and make society a better place?

Why should one person's beliefs dictate another person's beliefs?

Against abortion? Don't get one. It's that simple.

EDIT: Natas Ferret - That's not what I meant, and you know it.

Ever hear of Baron de Montesquieu, John Locke, Thomas Paine? They all had beliefs that really make up the constitution sweatdrop
Yes, but they were men whom represented the society in general, and were expected to speak for the majority.
Also, you're trying to outlaw abortion, not write a new Constitution.

Never heard of them.

And maybe their beliefs don't go against someone else's beliefs?

This is what happens if abortion is made illegal:

1. Women get back alley abortions that are unclean
2. Woman and fetus die
3. Fetus dies, but woman hurts herself

Yeah... banning abortion will definately make things better.
Of course it will, since we know that all the people who die, in the back alley abortions, would've been evil pro-choicer people, anyway.

The pro-lifers win it fully: they make abortion illegal AND kill pro-choice women, all in one shot!

=O I've always loved you and the way you always reply to posts.

Got any fans?

Just me so far I think. I asked him once and he said that it was new to hear that...

Technically, a fetus is a parasite. It feeds off the mother to grow and become stronger. It is dependant on her for the first few years of its life.

Years?

After the fetus is born, it's a baby. But even then, it's not exactly leeching off of the mother's body (after it's born)

So I see a fetus as a parasite. But not a baby.
Actually, with breastfeeding, it is still leeching.

And there are many reasons to why a woman would get an abortion, other than rape, and you can't make an exception for every one of these women. Sure, some women are ready for the babies, and I guess you'd have a problem with that, but a lot are not. Some have AIDS and don't want a baby with AIDS, some have deep financial issues, some aren't physically able to have a baby... I believe that women should take it seriously, and it's a very light way to see it to say "Abortions are wrong and should be banned."
... And besides, if a woman says "I DON'T WANT TO BE A BABY I'LL BE FAT" and she's 20, she wouldn't make a very good mother anyways.
There have never been any laws on our uteruses, and I intend there not to be.

Seriously though, it's like putting laws on a p***s.

There actually are sweatdrop Indecent exposure, adults can't stick it in minors sweatdrop
These laws apply to women too. They're general.
I'm interested in your views on miscarriage/forced miscarriage, MC.

Is it a necessity to breastfeed? (Does it... hurt? o_o)

Adults, minors. Not men and women. Indecent exposure, how about breasts? Ever heard of the v****a? That's counted as indecent exposure too you know.

It's not necessary, but in my opinion, breast is best. And if the kidlet is latched on wrong, it hurts.

Yes, but they were men whom represented the society in general, and were expected to speak for the majority.
Also, you're trying to outlaw abortion, not write a new Constitution.

Dam, why do my words always get twisted around xd
What I was trying to say is that others beliefs were actually used to dictate our lifes.

Maybe those beliefs don't go against someone else's beliefs!

By banning abortion, you are taking away a woman's choice and going against many people's beliefs of being pro-choice. If you hate something, don't do it.

You haven't YET proved that a fetus is a person. Which is what your argument is based upon.
