The OP is stating that, if you do not believe in evolution, you do not believe in vaccines and medicine as the bacteria used to create these vaccines and medicines *evolve* to become the medicines and vaccines. Therefore you should not receive treatment you do not agree with.

It's not exactly a bad thing. That means they are at least educated.

My my, that is the biggest assumption I have seen in a while.

All it shows is that they believe in evolution(it would be possible to be educated in how it is meant to and disagree with it). It gives no indication of any other aspect of their education. Someone who beleive in evolution could very well be uneducated in other areas. And someone who didn't believe in evolution could very well be educated in other areas.

Not to mention that not believing in evolution needn't necessarily be a uneducated thing at all. If no one questions whether it is true or not we might miss out an improved theory of the origin of a life. Theories with seemingly compelling evidence have been shown to be wrong before.
