Gay blacks.
Gay atheists are around all the time
Black atheists can happen quite a few times, too.

Gay blacks... never heard of 'em and doubt they'd be accepted much in the ****** part of blackhood.

Gay blacks are accepted. There are many of them in my school, and they've got many friends. Way to go for generalizing. O:

What about half-black, gay, left-handed atheists of Jewish descent? I think that beats all.

But in all seriousness, gay atheists, because hating black people for being black is not socially acceptable. Hating gays for being gays and atheists for being atheists, however, is not yet out of style.
Black, bisexual, Christians... they will get burned. neutral
As a black person and having been to a school where the majority of kids were black, I'd have to say that black gays have it the worst. There are so many homophobic black people, you just don't know.
You can say that black people have overcome discrimination, but that doesn't mean they don't discriminate in their own race. I've had tons of my black friends single me out because I participated in the Day of Silence last April. I'm not gay, but they left me for sticking up for gay people.

You're right. Blacks have a lot of in-fighting and it's not limited to sexuality, it's colorism, religion and everything under the sun. sweatdrop
Personally, I think it's harder to be a gay African-American.
With most of my African-American friends being blighted Christians, 'coming out,' for me would be fatal in most friendships.

And as most of you know, it was the African-Americans and and Christians who seemed most fond of proposition 8. Logically, a gay African-American, who is probably an atheist because of it would be quite the outcast. And it seems to have proven true for me, at least.

It's sad.
I would say that it is actually harder to be a gay white male who is middle aged. They are probably social outcasts among their peers if they are open about it and in a certain sense, they've lost a lot of what society expects from them in a family and traditional marriage.
