I've heard the terms toneing, and stuff as people would explain it done of photoshop. I'd gladly do so if you explain it. I dont understand too much becuase I'm a pure blood retard. But, I assume it's something found in manga's. Bleh, obviously.

Tones are those dots they use in manga to give effects and texture.... stuff like that....
