How to gain ranks:
Unless it is decided, you will start off as a rookie Hogosha, Back-up, Page, or second lieutenant. To gain ranks you must earn points, to earn points you must: join the clan, get more people to join our clan, or attend the meetings.

Point Scale:
Joining: 5cpt.
Getting a person to join: 10cpt. (add 10 for every person: 2nd=20, 3rd=30, ect.)
Attending meetings: 5cpt.

If you gain more points then a person higher up in your category, you can over throw them. You will not, however, be able to overthrow Kinashii and myself.

Nobody in a leader rank needs to wear a uniform.... just something white.....

If you are a rank below the leader of your section then yes, you will need a uniform...
