1. It seems that I need to change this unwritten rule, to an actual rule.
If you want to be part of this clan. You can only be part of THIS clan.
No other clans. Not even on mules.
2a. Never disrespect, dishonour or give a bad name to your family.
2b. Always respect your family's allies.
3. If you speak to your superiors, always speak to them with respect
4a. If you ever want to get promoted, you need to be and stay active.
If you've been regularly active, but suddenly stop being so without giving us good reason, no matter your previous activity, you'll be marked as "inactive".
4b. Along with being active, you may also receive some tasks from us, do these tasks as thorough and as well as possible and your chances of getting a promotion will be increased. Do not ask for the tasks, they will be given to you as we see fit, and you can either accept them or choose not to do them.
4c. You should strive to be sociable, I figure this won't be hard for the majority of you. You have to participate in the thread, get to know one another. Be it fellow members, or visitors. You should also visit our allies and recruit new members. Running a successful thread with our banner somewhere on the front page for advertisement, or visiting other well known threads if you represent us in your signature also counts as being sociable. These last two, however, don't count as heavy as the others. The clan itself is priority. The last two are just representing and or advertising.
4d. Last but not least, other members can promote you as well.
If a person or persons ranked Soldier or Caporegime sends me a PM telling me he or she thinks you deserve a promotion and explains why, I will promote you.
The Soldier or Caporegime is now vouching for you, telling me that he or she trusts you and thinks that you've got what it takes to get promoted.
If you show otherwise after getting the title however, I will demote you. For you've then shown me you're not ready for the promotion.
You shouldn't expect another promotion anytime soon after, unless you can prove to me that you are after all deserving of the title.
Also, for the record, you may never vouch for someone to become a Consigliere or an Underboss. That is for us alone to decide
5. Try to speak Literately.
Use punctuation and correct grammar.
6. Spam is punishable by execution.
7. Once you're a member , behave yourself.
Because you'll be representing the family.
8. If you change your username, inform us, so that we can update the family member list.
9. If you're a member, and have one of our banners in your signature. Make sure it states the correct rank.
10. If you've been gone for a while and missed multiple pages, ask if there is any important information you might have missed. Or if it's just a few pages, see if you can't skim-read trough them.
11. Subscribe this thread, so you won't forget us. (Which would be a shame.)
12. Correct each other on mistakes, But do it so that the other does not feel offended.
