What if Final Fantasy X-3 happened?

Does anyone remember way back when the rumor came out that they were going to continue on wih the final fantasy 10 series? Well, what do you guys think about it what if they continued on with the idea?
What would you like to see in another sequal to the series?

but what made you hate it? and, what if everything you hated about those two, were better or fixed if they made a third installment?

Well, I just didn't like the setting at all, everything Spira was unappealing. Having to suffer a main character whose problems and motivations largely revolving around his relationship with his father was, well, whatever it was it certainly wasn't heroic, you know? Other things about FFX bother me, too. They changed the way the elemental relationships worked compared to how they worked in previous games. Alot of it's soundtrack was unappealing, and I can't forgive them for what they tried to pass off as the Prelude.

FFX-2's problem was that its beautiful job and atb systems, arguably the best in the FF series so far, were wasted on such a vapid storyline and premise. Not only that, it undid the one thing FFX had going for it, which was a satisfying ending.

Given that I don't like the world the game is set in, there's no way further games in that world could possibly redeem this "sub-series". The only way would be to make something totally different, either set thousands of years before or after the other FFX games, at which point in time it would just be easier to develop a completely new world without any ties to hold it back from being something better.

What would I think if they made an FFX-3? I'd think it was a waste of time and resources that could be better spent developing better things. Would I like to see another sequel in the seres? God willing, we'll never see another game set in Spira again.

Final Fantasy X was really good. Final Fantasy X-2 was crap (as I hear from everyone) and looks like crap. They really shouldn't bother with Final Fantasy X-3. I would however like to see a game with characters from Final Fantasy VIII again, however that would probably ruin the story. So no.

I would definitely buy+play it all the way through, but I'm doubtful what the plot would be. FFX-2 finished it off, really.

FFX-3 is possible, but for the ps2 cause some guy on youtube says he gonna make it, it look really awsome. lulu and wakka son is told to be the new hero VADENNA

If anything (hopefully nothing at all), they should make a prequel following Braska, Auron, and Jecht, but that's just a thought.

While I think they're probably done with FFX, I agree that a prequel would be more popular among fans, seeing how everyone seems to love Auron and Jecht. Personally I couldn't stand going through another X-2.

There wont be anything thank god, Square already has said that they wont be touching the world of Spira again.

So, thankfully, I dont need to think of anything, its not being made, why bother talking about the what ifs? The what ifs will thankfully never be made so thats all im happy about.

Granted, I wont deny FFX-2 DID keep me entertained whilst waiting for XII and other games I wanted to come out but still, would of prefered if it was never made to begin with.
