Honestly me either. They upset my stomach a lot but I feel weird not having some as well.
So I empty one or two cups throughout the day in sips.
And in this weather it stays hot throughout the day, which helps the ruse. c':
filling it with tea is a good idea though, why have I not tried that sooner.
