Ok, so one of the new Achievements is this "Firestarter" where you need to get a "Heated" tag on your thread...

only catch is... it can't be in the Achievements sub-forum, it has to be in either Gaia Discussion or In here (The Chatterbox)

Now we've seen Achievements like this before, and because of them, massive spamming started to happen. Do you think the same thing will happen this is new one since you have to have it in a conversation thread?

My thoughts are yes, this will begin the whole spamming issue again, and they will yet again, take it away.

Only issue is, for Firestarter Achievement, you can't get it in there, you can only get it in either here or the Gaia Discussion forum. Thus that I said in my first post.

It's been 48 hours since I got that tag in there even, and still no Achievement for it. Sadly no one noticed a key word in the discription for it until after many people tried to get it in there, and failed...

Many people when to the bug forum about it and put in a ticket, the Devs came back and said it can not be earned in the Achievement sub-forum, it must be in a conversation forum.

And the Devs even told everyone who has gotten the Heated tag in the Achievement forum, and didn't get the Achievement for it, and also put in a ticket for the issue, that it can not be gotten in there.

I totally agree with you. This is just going to make people start spamming the Gaia Discussion forums like crazy. I say it will last only a month or so before the Devs change it, because they have had issue with this kind of thing in the passed, forcing them to get rid of some achievements.
