General, on the subject of the front page, might I suggest a few things?
I think instead of packing everything into just two post, you could space things out a bit more, into a few more post.
one post could have general info on the army, the promotion details, and the banners.
Post two could hold the list of soldiers.
Post three could hold the Advancement opportunities.
I can do some work in Photoshop and get some headers done up, so things look a bit cleaner and put together.
We need to LOOK like a well oiled machine to BE a well oiled machine.

A master Sergeant rank? There are alot of ranks, but not all are commonly used.
