My fiancé has the same problem except other ppl take his credit on top of it

no this is exactly the problem i face and im not one to beg for recognition at work but its annoying when you pick up other ppl’s slack and try to go above and beyond to save a patient and someone else is like “hehe that was all me :’D” like i will crash out !!

Thats exactly the same situation he's in. He works with machinery in factories so it can be dangerous too and just the amount incompetents of his coworkers almost got him killed or seriously injured and his fast thinking is the only reason he's well and healthy still right now. And yell at him that he doesn't know what he's doing when he is the one that fixes everything. And when he mentioned he was going to change shifts they start kissing his a** stare Cause they KNOW he is the reason why things are working properly. Otherwise when he is on break he hears the machines exploding and ppl screaming.

my coworkers & i actually always help each other even when we’re all dealing with our own s**t shows but unfortunately my coworkers are putting out other fires ,,, i’m doin ok so far tonight tho! it just started out rough cuz my patient was flatlining like as i was walking into shift and i was like “omg ?? “ 😭
