Welcome to the 2007 Mini Shops Secret Santa Event!

A Secret Santa event that spans across all of Mini Shops in a possible
attempt to bring a bit of holiday cheer to the community, and possibly
to strengthen the community feel in the forum! <3
('Course we're not gonna be elitist and kick out nublet Mini Shoppers.)

The Secret Santa Events

So you're still interested!
Well, here's where it might get a little confusing...
But don't be discouraged!

There are TWO Secret Santa Events. One where you trade items with
other Mini Shoppers... And one where you trade Mini Shop items with
other Mini Shoppers! After all, this IS a Mini Shop Secret Santa.

You may sign up for both if you'd like, but the rules don't change, so
be sure to read them carefully!

Details ON the events follows after a tiny explanation.
There are two price ranges you can sign up for in each event- each
price range has THREE tiers included, because for this Secret Santa,
we are sending gifts not ONLY on the 25th, but also on the 10th and
the 17th! (This way the anticipation can build WHILE you get gifts! Yey!)

Users will be assigned to a random Santa, and each person will give
and get three sets of gifts in their price ranges!

On the 10th the first tier will be sent out.
On the 17th the second tier will be sent out.
On the 25th the final tier will be sent out!



Item Gifts Secret Santa
This is simple- an item Secret Santa event.
Users participating in this event will HAVE to have anonymous gifting
turned on so that they may receive their items! <3

THE ONLY EXCEPTIONS for this is people who where specifically named
then the invitation was posted- and shop owners. Simply link to your

Interested in Future Events?

If all goes well, here, maybe I (and/or others) can continue to set up
and host events for Mini Shops! <3!


First and foremost in my mind being a Valentine trading event.
Christmas in July? Halloween gram-swap? :D

• When signing up, send a [minimum amount] trade.
  
• Don't buy gifts ridiculously in advanced for Mini Shops event.
  
• Shop owners don't take orders for second tier if the first tier hasn't even passed.
  
• Shoppers ALWAYS need to tell the artists who they are buying the gift for.
  
• Shoppers ALWAYS need to tell the artists to PM the gifts to a helper- NOT themself.
  
• Do not post "my person hasn't said thank you."
  
• Do not post "I just sent my gift out."
  
• Do not post ANYTHING that would potentially help your person guess you are their Santa.
  
• If you're going to be out of town AT ALL, let a helper know.
  
• I cannot stress enough, do not buy from not-participating shops.

Any suggestions or comments on the current event and potential future
events would be loved and added to this post for safe keeping.
