It's a bit more treatable then it was and there's lots of good research results coming out on better ways to treat it, so there's lots of hope!

Two things he needs anyway can actually help to control the disease; exercise and less stress. He really needs to exercise more.

The good thing about exercise is that it can reduce stress so exercise kind of helps with the second need too. ^^
