I sign, BUT You must understand that Gaia needs the income to pay people and to run things, still I do think cash needs to be more accessible. How about LITTLE amounts in the daily chance, hmm? SMALL, little, petite, not a whole bunch right off the bat. Yes, there should be some things that you can only get by paying, because hey, the Gaia people need to eat too, but not this whole exclusive part of the site that some people can't get to because they don't have the money or need that maoney for other things like uh, food, medicine, rent, and other real things along those lines. This isn't me wining, this is me trying to find a little middle ground where we can all be happy.

By all of this crap logic, you need to get rid of Monthly Items. No more aquarium and it's ability to fill pockets with gold, no more Cash Shop items to show was support Gaia, no more MCs to do the same thing.

Hell, eliminate avatars then! That way, there's need for less money on the servers! DOWN WITH AVIS!

And people, Gaia is a COMPANY. They promote movies, games...everything and they get lots of money from it, plus now they get lots of money from cash items. This site isn't running on donations like it used to be, the Gaia staff isn't dying of starvation. Monthly collectives were made to get donations, and then it was good..Now it seems that all the cool new items are something that you need cash for. sweatdrop

To Whom It May Concern:
As a long time member of Gaia Online, I feel it is my duty to inform you that I believe some of your administrators are corrupt. Day after day I sit by, and see people talk about how they were banned for an unfair reason. I myself have lost an account to what I believe was unfair banning. I believe there are many things that should be addressed.

1) The lack of concern towards site petitions. How many people put in petitions. I know it's hard work, but there has to be some point where the petitions are accepted and put through. For example, when they reach, lets say, 10,000 signatures? Please understand I have nothing but respect for your work, but if the users wishes are ignored, then how long are people going to stay? I mean, you might be able to double or even triple your user numbers if the user petitions were put through. Is that worth anything to you?

2) The lack of warnings for punishments. If you are going to be banned, you are never warned. It's just a permanent ban, and a message saying why when you inquire. THIS IS UNFAIR! I had an account (Michigan_outlaw) which was banned for "outside trading." I believe my account was hacked to do so. However, there is no way I can prove it. Meanwhile, the admin leave it banned, and ignored, for the sake of "preventative measures." If there is no proof that it was me, what are they preventing? Unless they can show me that it was me, I feel that I was wrongly banned. Furthermore, there are many FEDERAL CRIMES that are being ignored. Stalking is becoming a rampant problem. Hackings are rising because there is not even any attempt to create a prevention system.

3) Finally, permanent bans should not be the only type of bans. Permanent bans should be a LAST RESORT, not the only option. Equate it to the justice system. Not every crime has a sentence of 25- Life. Why should ToS Violations?

If this email is ignored, I shall understand that not only admins, but in fact the ENTIRE staff on board of the Gaia Online website is corrupt. If my account is banned, I shall find the same understanding. I'm not going away. And add to it, I have friends who agree.
