So gaia recolored two gold shop items (Roses of Mare Frigoris Facinator and Gown are the originals, and Roses of Mare Serenitatis Facinator and Gown are the recolors) and are selling them for 750 and 250 gaia cash, respectively.

Also, if you take close note on some "older" items, many of the "new items" are actually old item poses that have been recolored and stuck together. And many of the proper recolors of old items are just done through a hue slider and the pixels look awful. emotion_facepalm

I know what you mean.

I used to look forward to announcements and events, but they've gotten less exciting and a lot more spam. I only view announcements now to know when 'Flynn's Booty' is screwing over the gold again, and for gold shop releases, the former of which are becoming more frequent and the latter growing more rare. I used to be able to afford the things I wanted to buy if I played some games and posted a lot. Now it seems like gold is becoming a rather useless currency. It's depressing.

Advertisements are crawling from every corner. I have to turn my sound off to not get shouted at by the pages I view. A lot of the forums and guilds I used to love are dying. I can't view flash spaces on my Android any more because it doesn't take advertisements. Towns 2 promised a lot but hasn't been changed much for several months. My computer freaks out about housing now, because the program is so old. Some of the old games don't give rewards fit for the value of the market. The value is unsteady at best now, anyway.

I'm not angry, I'm just sad. I used to really like this site. I'm still on because I hope the issues can be resolved. I'm sad at how that user friendly fun place seems to be growing less so, and how I may need to find another place to spend my free time. I'm sad my friends are leaving, too, and I can't talk to them any more.

Yeah, Gaia has official gone down the shitter, to put it bluntly. Only one post out of the millions have actually dealt with "actual" announcements, other than just spamming about new GC items in the cash shop. Just a sad day indeed. Me and my friend may just go to Solia Online as an alternative. I'm almost completely given up on this site.

BUMP this up since it hasn't for eight days.

Still constant updates about new GC items. Multiple announcements per day is really ridiculous. Even the Loaded Dice item is the same as the other ones.

I'm moving out of here soon. My roleplays hopefully will move too.
