Yes, you may always make suggestions for our wall. We just...can't promise we won't be lazy and that it'll get up there in less than...well....a long time haha (I think our last update was a month or two ago....whoops) I do save the icons, I just haven't put them up yet. : D

and no, it is not required; we will still try and add your suggestions to the wall, but icons are highly encouraged because when we go back through the pages to update the icons catch the eye much better than just a post.....

(that and, we are naturally, quite lazy so having the icons there means we don't even have to look some up haha)
