I have been feeling like this alot lately, and I don't know why, I mean, I don't smoke, and I don't drink, but I feel like this almost every night. Last night, I couldn't go to sleep and I was acting really weird, and no one was there either, I just went into the living room, and I felt hella weird, and I kinda laid there in a position like this:
Both hands on the floor, both knees on the floor, head on the floor, and butt in the air, and I laid there for about 15 minutes like that, then I crawled to the bedroom and I scared myself just thinking of what I would have looked like if someone saw me just crawling in the dark hallway like that. I went to sleep, and when I woke up, I felt fine, but tonight I feel weird again... what is happening? And don't reply with some dumb answer like "O.o" I am serious...

If things are bothering you at night, like oyu keep thinking or something. Or you want to go to sleep, and should be able to, but just can't, it could be insomnia, most likely caused by stress or an overactive mind.
You could try wearing yourself out during the day. Like run around or something. Do whatever takes energy. Although, I don't blame you if you choose not to. If you believe something is really wrong with you maybe you should tlak to a doctor. You could have some chemical imbalance that is effecting your moods.

Or you could do what I do when I want to sleep and can't(which is everynight): take Tylenol PM.

I don't know all your circumstances so this is the best I can do. Hope it helps.
