Platinum is worth far more than gold. As for what's a lot...I have no idea. Some people who are regulars constantly complain they never have even 20K plat, while others have 50mil. I think if you are anywhere in the millions you're definitely considered richer than most

You can actually go into your settings and change back to using gold currency. It goes up by a LOT. Something like 10mil gold to 1 plat if I remember correctly

That makes sense. I remember having TONS of gold when I left, but now I've got like 7.5k platinum. I remember hearing the inflation got REALLY bad.

It apparently really did. When I got back into Gaia the inflation dust had mostly settled. Some people were talking about it like they had ptsd about it lol. It was kinda strange

Yeah, I came back to 5k in plat and went to shop and everything in the shops was basically 1 plat. I have 80k now and feel like it’s fairly easy to get many things I want. Maybe I just have cheap tastes though? I’ve got enough where I feel comfortable doing things like tipping regularly. And even the extra expensive things on my wishlist seem achievable with time.

but yeah, there's tons of cheap stuff in the MP aswell, recently the Reverse MP took affect a few months back and its a game changer. put down how much youll pay for an item and how long an offer and if a seller likes your price they can accept it then and there.

the only expensive items are new items, and allot of new items fall cheap fast. just hope you dont like popularity as theres many that use a fit for a week and then swap to the next popular set.

but if your set in your own ways gaias a bit better now....kinda.

Yea I see !! I was surprised at how many items were so cheap ? Like I bought a bunch of the huge wing items. Almost all of them were under 100p ?? Wild.
