Burden of proof:
You may have not heard of it, but there is something in debate called "burden of proof". It rests on one that makes the original assertion. If one shifts the burden of proof, it is possible they are not to be able to back up their assertions. This fallacy is often associated as a special case of ad ignorantiam or appeal to ignorance or in place of appeal to ignorance as the person in question is possibly stating that since there is no proof against their assertions, their assertion is correct.
