Regards the debate on science/religion, its win-win in my opinion. People have different views, so its hard to distinguish for there is a God or not. I mean I believe in life after death (if I didn't I'd be severely depressed via an even right now), but as people have said nobody can prove nor disprove it. That's one of the follies of being a human being.

okay i am going to try to explain this.

God is all powerful.. but not to those wo do not have faith
God isn't resposible for all the bad things that happen. there is another side to this. statan is responible for all the bad things going on around you. and there is a God whether you want to believe it or not.

But did not God create humans because he was tired of the angels who did not have free will? So, isn't Satan evil by the will of God? After all, he is an angel and thus does not have free will.

Furthermore, if God only has power if you believe in him, doesn't that negate him being all powerful? Or is he not omni benevolent since he will only help those who worship him?

well satan did have free will because he opposed gods ways thus satan was created but i dont see how god could condemn any soul to such terror confused hopefully its not that bad as ppl make it out to be gonk

A belief does not NEED proof, not to the person who believes in it. To them their faith is enough to hold them up. No matter what it is you have faith in, that faith allows you comfort, and strength. It helps you to hold your head high and face things you wouldnt normally have the courage to face, because you believe your faith will help you so you are not alone in your struggles. Asking someone to PROVE their faith is like asking one of those sillt questions like "if a tree falls in the middle of no-where and no-one is around to hear it does it still make a sound?" Well yes, we know that if something falls it makes sound, but if no-one is there to hear it our knowledge becomes irrelevant because there is no way to PROVE it, but we still believe it and argue it none the less. Same with a god, we cant PROVE he/she/they are there...but we believe it and feel it and fight for it anyway, THAT is proof enough, our willingness to fight for that belief is proof enough to make it real.
My opinion, people who ask for "proof" are just afraid. They are afraid that maybe there is more, that something else IS there despite the fact that we cannot see it. So they ask for proof, knowing it cannot be given, and that knowledge helps ease their minds of the fear which made them require the proof to begin with. just because YOU do not believe doesnt mean others cant. And just because YOU believe something different doesnt make others wrong. We are entitled to our own ways, and the strength of heart and ability it gives us is all that matters in the end.

I have faith in science. I believe that science has an explanation for everything-maybe not yet, but it will one day. And for me, that's better than "god did it".

I haven't seen proof of this God, or any other deity. And until I do, I will never believe in one. And even if there was undeniable proof of God's existence, I still wouldn't follow his laws and all of that, since I disagree with Christianity in general.
