So, I'm working on a letter that will be from "all Gaia users", and in it will be what we are unhappy about and suggestions as to how it can be fixed, as well as benefit both users and Gaia. I think I'll try to get loads of people to sign it, and then we can either PM the thread link to admins, or snail mail it.
