Hey, and welcome to the Cosplay Nerds thread. This is for all Gaians who dress their avatars up as various characters and sometimes remain in character throughout their time on Gaia. It's open to any and all cosplayers, both full-time and on-and-off. It's also open to fans of cosplay and anyone up for a light RP/good chat.
Rules:
I would love it if I didn't have to list rules first, but I do.
1) This is primarily a cosplay thread, but you don't have to be cosplaying if you don't want to.
2) A lot of the people using this thread, myself included, won't want you to know what our main accounts are when we're on cosplay accounts. Do not ask. If someone discloses their identity to you, don't blabber about it, either. It's like visiting people during the intermission of a play in costume-- it kills the magic.
3) Stick to the TOS. I'm serious. neutral You are responsible for your own posts. You will be blocked if they get out of hand.
4) If you don't know who someone is cosplaying as, do not ask them in this thread. If they're cool with you asking through comments/PM's, go for it. But don't do it here.
5) If you are in character, you must still be following the rules. Your character may swear like a sailor, but that doesn't mean you can't censor yourself sometimes here. Your character may be an a**, but don't be really excessively rude. Friends come before cosplay. Be nice.
