The Avatar Name Contest was created to celebrate the creativity of Gaians. I am not asking anyone to give their opinion of any username in the voting poll, on the waiting list, or names from past contests. Please do not come in to the thread to post rude or unwanted comments about usernames. I am only asking you to vote for a name. There is a poll whore/no choice option for those who don't find any name appealing. Please respect my thread, contestants, my regs/mods and anyone who may be posting. Feel free to leave positive comments for the contestants. We have many lurkers and I am sure they would love to know why people like their username. To those who choose to post insults in my thread...beware, my regs/mods do not take kindly to people who break rules in my thread. You may be flamed, banned or used as verbal target practice.

This is a contest for Gaia usernames. There are 9 names posted in each voting poll. The contest lasts for one week. The person with the most votes at the end of the week wins the contest.
1. Send me a PM asking to join the contest. You will be entering your avatars username.
2. You don't have to give a reason for your username but if you would like people to know why you chose it, you can post a brief story/description in the thread.
3. Invite your friends to the Avatar Name Contest and ask them to vote. But please no begging and no offering gold/items/favors for votes.
4. There are no requirements to join the Avatar Name Contest and
this contest has no entry fee.
5. Winners of the contest may not ask to join again for 6 months.
6. All profiles are checked to make sure the account belongs to a real person, not a bot. If your profile looks suspicious I have the right to refuse admission into the contest. (a suspicious account is empty of posts, friends, comments and any personal information...including your join date)
7. You can use mules to vote, but please try to make this a fair contest.
8. You may post an advertisement for your quest one time. Please do not post multiple times as it takes up space, annoys people, and may cause some computers to run slow.
The name with the most votes wins the contest.
