They're sick because they don't eat.
They think they're imperfect, strive to be better.
Better becomes thinner and thinner until there's nothing more to take off.
It's a mental illness, commonly associated with depression.

You are not built for anything smaller. If you try and stop eating first your boobs will go and then your hips, maybe then your stomach and thighs.
You are better off trying healthy; go for a WALK (not run just yet) every day; stop drinking coffee; eat carrot sticks and apple slices for lunch; eat regular meals. I know I'm not practicing what I preach, but I'm trying to help.
Do you want to be like Kitty? She wont eat in public. And it's giving her medical problems. I'm not 100% sure, but once I think she said she might die before shes 25.
Or you could be like me. Not eat for 2 months lose only 6 kilos and then put 7 kilos back on from actually starting to eat again. Not eating didn't help me, it wont help you either.
