Well you know what? It's been eight years since the accident, and I'm walking just fine. Screw those people and what they think...I refuse to be in a wheelchair. I absolutely refuse. I was determined to get back on my feet, and now I'm back to normal. Mostly. Two years spent stuck in my bed, it's the worst.

Anyway, that's all I had to say. You still don't know who I am, but I'm out there. And there are others who have it much worse off than you do, I'm sure. Be grateful. Be gentle. Be forgiving. In the end, what you believe is yours to decide." And with his final words, he sets the box down and turns to leave, blushing. He walks off into the distance, and as soon as he's out of sight the box jiggles slightly. You stoop to pick it up, curious as to what's inside. You ponder whether you will see this stranger again, or if he's gone forever. (Perhaps he'll see if you post a reply in your quest thread)
