Another month, another winner. But once more, we have a bit more explanation to go with this month's winners. Everyone is probably tired of the explanations by now as to why we did what we did, but please remember that the charity is still in beta. As situations are presented to us, we try to handle them ASAP so that the next time the judging will go smoothly.

We got really close to our application limit this month! Thanks to everyone who put in their applications this month. We couldn't have done this without your help! Remember that if you don't win, you can still enter next month for a chance at receiving a donation.

As for the new situation, a rule will be added about post count so we won't have to worry about possible scamming with the use of mule accounts, etc. We always want our gold to go towards people's Soquili dreams. So the staff's biggest concern is about gold going somewhere else and our questers never achieving their dreams. This rule will be posted in red until everyone is familiar with it.

Also, we love activity from people who put in an application. Whether you're posting in any of the Questline areas or the B/C shops, we will always notice our charity people wherever you are. So if you're nervous about any shop threads, remember that we love your company here at Questline too!

And now for the judging explanation. It was our first three way tie which was dealt with by pulling in a guest judge to pick from the three who each got votes. Thank you, Celeanor, for helping break the tie and giving some very wonderful feedback. Again, we can only pick one person for this month's donation (judging rules that can't be shared and all that jazz). So without anymore ado the winner is...
