Welcome to HOLY! (as in “HOLY FFFFF!!!!” or ‘Hall Of Legends, Yo’), a charity of potentially mind-blowing proportions.

For those of you who don’t know, I’m THE Advent4. I’ve been a regular DTTPAYer for a long time now, but have lost the passion, or rather the desire, for questing hardcore for myself. Unfortunately, the need to quest has been replaced with the need to utterly annihilate every badass person breathing by completing some quest of theirs. My sole purpose on Gaia these days is to get some funds and blow it all on random people who need it, want it, or I like so much I want them to die, so I thought I’d just make it official. That said, if you think you’re incredible enough to walk with legends, take a look around, see if you like my wealth style, and join in on the fun once in a while for some donation lovin’!

They call me Advent, the Legend. Well not really, but it would be pretty funny. Pretty much as soon as I joined Gaia, I found myself in DTTPAY. Therefore, donating is not a new thing to me. Yes, I do love killing people through my donations. It’s satisfying. I like having unique ways of handing out gold or items, so expect to come across some really weirdo contests and the like in this charity. Don’t worry, they’ll be do-able.
I like mecha anime, especially if it’s hot-blooded and manly. Videogames are also a passion of mine, and I’m working my way into a career in game development. Pocky is essential to my diet, cherries are my favorite fruit, and I won’t drink milk unless it’s got corn kernels in it. Don’t ask.


A Final Message from the Incredible Me T____T


So it seems my time has passed now here in HOLY! and ultimately in Gaia. There are things to be done beyond this place for me now, but I'd like to extend some final words to you all before I ninja poof for the final time.

Firstly, thank you. You have all made this charity a memorable experience, both good and bad (unfortunately XD). It was a pleasure working beside you all to annihilate questers and continue the good fight, the HOLY! War if you will. I could never find the words to truly express my gratitude to you all for supporting this cause and being a part of our community, even if it was only for a brief period. It was probably my greatest delight to see how many people could find a little spare gold (or in some cases humongous wads of spare gold) to help out their fellow Gaians.

For those of you that stay here, I'd like to remind you of what HOLY! was all about; to obliterate quests through the redistribution and sharing of wealth, and to spread the donation spirit. Beyond this, however, HOLY! sought to reward those I considered legendary, those of us who showed true spirit in their actions and practiced generosity of kindness, not just of wealth. After all, there's more to life than gold, right? I hope you all continue to show your hospitality wherever you go and show the rest of Gaia what it means to be HOLY!.

Again, it has been a pleasure to be a part of this process, and to introduce the Happy Meter to you all. I wish you all the best for the future of HOLY!, and for your futures beyond this place. (so many HOLY!'s written there!)

A few months ago, whilst getting bored of DTTPAY without my questing, I developed an idea that has since held my interest and caused many deaths. This idea, misleadingly named the Happy Meter, became my primary weapon against badassery, used to obliterate questers from every corner of Gaia who gathered at DTTPAY. Now, the Happy Meter makes its way into this Charity, ready to destroy any quester who catches my eye.

Let me run this down for you.

When this meter reaches 350 hearts, I’m blowing 3.3 million on someone/some people. Unless I’ve absolutely decided to give gold to a single person, the number of people who’ll get a cut of the gold dump shall be decided by random number generator (RNG) and split accordingly. After every gold dump, the prize pool increases another 100k. So far a total of 50+ million has been given from this alone.

How do you add hearts to the meter? By making me happy, of course.
Donating to this cause, being entertaining, contributing to the thread, and awesome avi art may earn you a heart sticker or two for the meter.

Although many of you believe I'm like super generous or something 'cause I pull off these gold dumps every couple of weeks or so, you should know and love the truth behind the Happy Meter. The incredibly vast majority off all these funds come from all the people who donate towards the Happy Meter in this thread, and you should ALWAYS remember that. All I really do is gather the funds from different sources and unload them on a few people. I don't take any personal credit when it comes to gold dumps, and, although you might never hear (read?) me say it, I hold the utmost respect and appreciation for everyone who supports the Happy Meter.
That said, if you ever find yourself with a big wad of gold from the gold dump and feel the need to credit someone, thank the people of HOLY!. There could be no Happy Meter without them.
